A huge Thank You to the 24 or more members who turned out for this Work Party. This is certainly a record in recent years ! The fishery is now looking great and ready for the 16th. With so many willing hands we were not only able to do our routine annual maintenance but were also able to open up a few swims on the Old Station Stream and the Millstream. These swims have unfortunately been ignored by anglers over recent seasons and had become very overgrown but some of our older members can remember when these swims produced some excellent bags of Dace and Chub at certain times of the year. With a mixture of fast water and slacks it will be interesting to see what comes out this year, please let us know via the Contact Us links how you fare if you do try any of these swims.
