Ashley Kent fishing on a Billingshurst AS exchange ticket caught this superb 18lb Barbel from our stretch of the Arun at Watersfield.

The specimen fish was witnessed and weighed by one of our own Members, Paul Barker, who accompanied Ashley to the venue. This is the latest and also the largest of several double figure Barbel reportedly caught from this venue so far this season and emphasises just what an amazing river the Arun is.
