Fishery Officer Mike Kitchener and son Ollie were in Festive mood when they fished the Middle Pond at Hurston Lane Fishery recently.

Using waggler tactics with maggot as hookbait they both caught carp and as seems to be the norm these days it was young Ollie who had the best fish of the day, the one pictured at 8lb 1oz.
