A change of fishing tactics from his usual trotting for chub resulted in just one lost Barbel for Steve ‘The Biking Angler’ Warner. But since chatting to our Rother Bailiff – Mike Kitchener, Steve has put some new ideas into practice which have resulted in a PB Barbel of 11lb 2oz (unfortunately only a photo on the unhooking mat) and this little beauty of 4lb 12oz. Both were caught within a few days of each other.
