Here’s one happy little angler, nine year old William Nightingill, who caught this 7lb 8oz Common Carp on sweetcorn at around 8pm on 29th August 2007 at Stemps Wood. William had one last cast and hooked the fish just as dad Steve was packing away his gear. It took him about 5 mins to land and as the picture shows he was chuffed to bits with it. Well done William!
