Match Report

We decided to book Pamela’s lake as Holmbush has proved a challenge for the silver fish in the winter months.
A very windy morning greeted us at Pamela’s lake, this was the first time we had visited this venue and for most of us the first time we had either seen or fished it. We had been given a list of the best pegs from another group that had fished a few matches over the past month or so, but as it happened we had a high turn out and had to use all the available pegs so some were going to have better days than others and that was the case and 2 of the top 3 came from that list.
The rain that was forecast for around midday did come. We had heavy rain and strong wind for the afternoon but it did seem to help a bit.
