This match against Chichester was fished across Stemps and Cart Ponds

The anglers on Cart found it hard going, whether it was because the fish had not settled down after the big weed clearing exercise earlier in the week, the number of anglers on the pond or the weather we are not sure.

In first place was Chichester angler Dave Grantham with 7lb 13oz. Second was Rod Vincent who is both a Petworth & Bognor and Chichester member but for the purposes of this report we are claiming him for Petworth and Bognor, he weighed in 3lb 3oz. In third was Gary Collins with 3lb 2oz.
