Match Report

Having lost the first match in this series to a weed clearing work party we hoped for some decent weights from the tench pond. The tench have certainly bred on in here as plenty of small ones were caught. Keith also lost a couple of better ones to the weed.

As it happened the better tench that Keith lost didn’t affect the overall result although I’m sure he would like to have a bigger margin than just an ounce. With 2 – 9 – 0 of small tench with a few roach and rudd Keith was 1st.

With a very similar net of 2 – 8 – 0 Rab was in 2nd place with Mick in 3rd with 1 – 15 – 8.
