We made the decision to leave the normal ‘fliers’ ie pegs 1 & 15 out, to hopefully make the match more even. This worked well and lead to some close weights. Mick was first with his 12lb 11oz from peg 8, Keith’s 9lb 12oz from peg 11 was good for second and Graham was on peg 6 for third place with 8lb 15oz.
