Coultershaw Works Completed

The work putting new gravel into the riffle area at Coultershaw has been completed. The water will reopen from first thing on 19th September (normal time restrictions apply). There will be further work of a similar nature upstream over the next week so expect some changes in turbidity (colour) this are to be expected.

We would like to thank the estate for the work done and hope that it improves spawning opportunities for those species that spawn on gravel.
