Possible Disruption – Coultershaw

Earlier in the month we said that the estate would be moving gravel onto the bank at Coultershaw prior to it being put into the river to supplement the current gravel. Due to a logistical issue the delivery did not take place when originally scheduled. They have now rescheduled to Tuesday 2nd September. We are not closing the water, but please be aware and take care as there will be large lorries on the bank. They will be tipping gravel in the area of the barbed wire section and will be temporarily fencing around the gravel to keep the cattle off.
