Match Report

The forecast was for a very wet and windy day and that was the case with the rain only stopping around 15 minutes before the end. As it happened the milder day seemed to make the fish bite with lots of small Roach and Rudd between 1 and 3oz making up most of the catches but a couple of Bream and some small Skimmers also put in an appearance. Getting a rig past all the leaves blowing across the lake was difficult and then seeing your float in pretty poor light just increased the challenge!
