We fished this interclub match against Chichester with anglers from both clubs on the Match Pond and the Tench Pond. It was a very hot day with little in the way of a breeze.
On the Match Pond it was significant that the Carp were still in spawning mode with only three being caught, most of the weights were made up from Fi’s and Bream.
Mick Greenway on peg 10 was first with 25lb 10oz. Kerry from Chichester was second with 18lb 10oz from Peg7 and another Chichester man, Woodie was third with 16lb 13oz from Peg 1.
